The proposed amendment would eliminate the requirement for main steam line isolations on high turbine building temperatures from technical specification section 3.3.6.1, ‘‘Primary Containment and Drywell Isolation Instrumentation,’’ Table 3.3.6.1–1 (i.e., Function 1.f). Before issuance of the proposed license amendment, the Commission will have made findings required by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission’s regulations.
