section 7003(d) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C.
6973(d), commenters may request an
opportunity for a public meeting in the
affected area. The deadline for
requesting a public meeting is July 29,
2009. Requests for a public meeting may

Federal Advisory Committee Act, notice
is hereby given of a meeting of the FDIC
Advisory Committee on Economic
Inclusion, which will be held in
Washington, DC. The Advisory
Committee will provide advice and
recommendations on initiatives to
expand access to banking services by
underserved populations.
