ACTION:
Notice of Open Meeting.
SUMMARY: In accordance with the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, notice
is hereby given of a meeting of the FDIC
Advisory Committee on Economic
Inclusion, which will be held in
Washington, DC. The Advisory
Committee will provide advice and
recommendations on initiatives to
expand access to banking services by
underserved populations.
DATES: Thursday, July 30, 2009, from
8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held in
the FDIC Board Room on the sixth floor
of the FDIC Building located at 550 17th
Street, NW., Washington, DC.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Agenda: The agenda will be focused
on prize-linked savings and issues and
challenges related to reaching out to
underserved and low- and moderateincome consumers. The agenda may be
subject to change. Any changes to the
agenda will be announced at the
beginning of the meeting.
Type of Meeting: The meeting will be
open to the public, limited only by the
space available on a first-come, firstserved basis. For security reasons,
members of the public will be subject to
security screening procedures and must
present a valid photo identification to
enter the building. The FDIC will
provide attendees with auxiliary aids
(e.g., sign language interpretation)
required for this meeting. Those
attendees needing such assistance
should call (703) 562–6067 (Voice or
TTY) at least two days before the
meeting to make necessary
arrangements. Written statements may
be filed with the committee before or
after the meeting.

The companies listed in this notice
have applied to the Board for approval,
pursuant to the Bank Holding Company
Act of 1956 (12 U.S.C. 1841 et seq.)
(BHC Act), Regulation Y (12 CFR Part
225), and all other applicable statutes
and regulations to become a bank
holding company and/or to acquire the
assets or the ownership of, control of, or
the power to vote shares of a bank or
bank holding company and all of the
banks and nonbanking companies
owned by the bank holding company,
including the companies listed below.
The applications listed below, as well
as other related filings required by the
Board, are available for immediate
inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank
indicated. The applications also will be
available for inspection at the offices of
the Board of Governors. Interested
persons may express their views in
