Packwood Lake Hydroelectric Project
(project), located on Lake Creek in
Lewis County, Washington, and has
prepared a final Environmental
Assessment (EA). In the final EA,
Commission staff analyze the potential
environmental effects of licensing the

environmental measures, would not
constitute a major federal action

human environment.
