Estimated Total Annual Hour Burden: 10,343. Estimated Total Annual Cost: There are no annualized capital/startup costs or O&M costs associated with this ICR. EPA will consider any comments received and may amend any of the above ICRs, as appropriate. Then the final ICR packages will be submitted to OMB for review and approval pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.12.
