Take notice that on June 12, 2009,
Michigan Consolidated Gas Company
filed an Operating Statement pursuant
to section 284.123(e) of the
Commission’s regulations and to
comply with the Commission’s letter
order issued on May 21, 2009, in Docket
Nos. PR09–10–000 and PR09–10–001.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
385.211). Protests to this filing will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceeding.

letter of clarification to its February 25,
2009 filing (February 25th filing), stating
that RSA also requests, in addition to
the other relief sought in its February
25th filing, a waiver of Order 888,
including the requirement to file an
Open Access Transmission Tariff.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
