Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’). Therefore, I have amended the declarations of May 27, 2008, June 30, 2008, and September 8, 2008, made by President George W. Bush, to authorize Federal funds for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A and B), including direct Federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program, at 100 percent of total eligible costs for 14 consecutive days.
