Ingelheim Chemicals, Inc., 2820 N. Normandy Drive, Petersburg, Virginia 
23805, made application by renewal to the Drug Enforcement 
Administration (DEA) as a bulk manufacturer of the basic classes of 
controlled substances listed in schedule II:
