must enter the program code ‘‘NED’’ on
line 2n of the HUD–50058 for nonelderly families served under this NOFA
and ‘‘NHT’’ for those non-elderly
families transitioning from nursing

community. PHAs must maintain these
codes for the duration of the family’s
participation in the HCV program.
HUD’s assessment of PHA compliance
under this NOFA will be based on PIC
system data.
