SUMMARY: Under the provisions of
Section 596 of Public Law 110–417, the
Federal Advisory Committee Act of
1972, (5 U.S.C. Appendix, as amended),
the Sunshine in the Government Act of
1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and
41 CFR 102–3.65, the Department of
Defense gives notice that it is
terminating the Board of Advisors to the
President Naval War College.

prior service history, age, gender, race,
marital status, number of dependents,
physical job qualifications, job
preferences, jobs offered and accepted,
recruiting, processing locations, dates of
processing, and other personal data
relevant to the recruitment process.

Hard copy enlistment processing
records, recruiter personnel records, and
personal interview records (PIR) are
archived and later shredded after no
longer needed. Electronic records are
archived indefinitely.
