Abstract: Section 51A of the Internal
Revenue Code allows employers an
income tax credit 35% of the first
$10,000 of first-year wages and 50% of
the first $10,000 of second-year wages
paid to long-term family assistance
recipients. The credit is part of the
general business credit.
Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to the form at this time.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organizations and farms.
Estimated Number of Responses: 300.
