SUMMARY: The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. Housing, low and moderate income housing, housing and community development, NAHASDA, Native American housing, Indians. The Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act (NAHASDA) requires recipients (tribes and tribally designated housing entities) to submit specific information that is necessary for the implementation of low income housing programs using Indian Housing Block Grant funds (HBG). Recipients of IHBG funds submit Indian Housing Plans, Annual Performance Reports, Federal Cash Transactions Reports, and formula response and challenge forms. DATES: Comments Due Date: June 29, 2009.
