Monroe Gas Storage Company, LLC
(Monroe) filed a supplement to its tariff
compliance filing submitted on May 4,
2009 in accordance with the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission’s Order
Accepting and Suspending Tariff Sheets
Subject to Refund and Further Review
issued on April 14, 2009. In this filing,
Monroe submitted substitute tariff
sheets that supplement the electronic
media of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original
Volume No. 1, previously submitted on
May 4, 2009 in Docket No. RP09–447–
000.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR

considered by the Commission in
