of electric power at wholesale from
wind power generating stations located
in the State of Montana. NaturEner does
not own any electric transmission
facilities nor does it hold a franchised

NaturEner proposes to export to Canada
would be generated at wind powered
generating stations (wind farms) located
in the State of Montana and developed
by an affiliate, NaturEner USA, LLC, a

(MATL). NaturEner has acquired
contractual rights to 300 MW of
northbound transmission service on the
MATL line and has requested an
electricity export authorization with a

application after the environmental
impacts have been evaluated pursuant
to the National Environmental Policy

will not adversely impact on the
reliability of the U.S. electric power
supply system.
