The project would have an average annual generation of about 1,250 megawatthours. In addition to the new project facilities described above, the project would include reinstalling 1.5- or 2.0foot-high flashboards on top of RI Dam No. 43. The new facilities would be used by the owners and residents of the Lincoln Harbor development on lands adjacent to the project. The application is for a total of 15 floating docks, with total boat slips not to exceed 176 slips, and a footprint not to exceed 72,160 square feet. The boat docks would be constructed over the coming years as a total of 952 residential units are constructed and sold in a phased development process.
