ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: Under Section 10(a)(2) of Public Law 92–423, ‘‘The Federal Advisory Committee Act,’’ notice is hereby given of a meeting of the National Drinking Water Advisory Council (NDWAC), established under the Safe Drinking Water Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 300f et seq.). The Council will consider various issues associated with drinking water protection and small public water systems. The Council will also receive updates about several on-going activities including rulemakings related to the Total Coliform Rule, Geologic Sequestration, and the Aircraft Drinking Water Rule and efforts underway to help the water sector improve their resiliency to potential effects of climate change. DATES: The Council meeting will be held on May 27 and 28, 2009, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., each day. ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held in Seattle, WA.
