AGENCY: Environmental Protection
Agency.
ACTION: Notice of settlement.
SUMMARY: Under section 122(h)(1) of the
Comprehensive Environmental
Response, Compensation and Liability
Act (CERCLA), the United States
Environmental Protection Agency has
entered into a settlement for
reimbursement of past response costs
concerning the Swift Thermometer
Superfund Site located in Dickson,
Dickson County, Tennessee for
publication.
DATES: The Agency will consider public
comments on the settlement until June
12, 2009. The Agency will consider all
comments received and may modify or
withdraw its consent to the settlement
if comments received disclose facts or
considerations which indicate that the
settlement is inappropriate, improper,
or inadequate.
ADDRESSES: Copies of the settlement are

Corporation (FDIC).
ACTION: Notice and request for comment.
SUMMARY: In accordance with
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501
et seq.), the FDIC may not conduct or
sponsor, and the respondent is not
required to respond to, an information
collection unless it displays a currently
valid Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) control number. The FDIC
hereby gives notice that it is seeking
public comment on proposed revisions
to its Acquisition Services Information
Requirements information collection
(OMB No. 3064–0072). At the end of the
comment period, any comments and
recommendations received will be
analyzed to determine the extent to
which the FDIC should modify the
proposed revisions prior to submission
to OMB for review and approval.
DATES: Comments must be submitted on
or before July 13, 2009.
