Take notice that on May 1, 2009, the
Louisiana Public Service Commission
(Louisiana Commission) filed a formal
complaint against Entergy Corp.,
Entergy Services, Inc., Entergy
Louisiana, LLC, Entergy Arkansas, Inc.,
Entergy Mississippi Inc., Entergy New
Orleans, Inc., Entergy Texas, Inc., and
Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, Inc.,
pursuant to section 206 of the Federal
Power Act 16 U.S.C. 824e and 18 CFR
386.206, alleging that Entergy Services,
Inc. has included in the Opinion No.
480 bandwidth calculation unjust,
unreasonable, unduly discriminatory,
and imprudently incurred amounts. The
Louisiana Commission also requests a
change to the MSS–3 bandwidth
formula to directly assign the Waterford
sale/leaseback ADIT, along with other
related costs, to production.
The Louisiana Commission certifies
that copies of the complaint were served
on the contacts for System Entergy
Corp., Entergy Services, Inc., Entergy
Louisiana, LLC, Entergy Arkansas, Inc.,
