Dean Spencer requesting the allotment of Channel 231A at Worthington, Indiana, as the community’s first local aural transmission service. This counterproposal was filed in response to the Notice of Proposed Rule Making issued at the request of Bruce Quinn, requesting the allotment of Channel 231A at Oolitic, Indiana, as the community’s second local aural transmission service. The coordinates for Channel 231A at Worthington, Indiana, are 39–00–31 NL and 86–55–05 WL. There is a site restriction of 14 kilometers (8.7 miles) south of the community. Proposed Channel 231A is short-spaced to the proposed site of Channel 230B1 at Clinton, Indiana, in MB Docket 05–67, which is pending on reconsideration. Accordingly, the grant of this allotment is subject to the outcome of the petition for reconsideration in MB Docket No. 05– 67. DATES: Effective Date: June 1, 2009.
