MPS Media has been assigned DTV channel 38 for posttransition use and now requests the substitution of its pre-transition DTV channel 31 for post-transition DTV channel 38 at Scranton. channel 33, and WFQX-DT, DTV channel 47, Cadillac, Michigan, requesting 
the substitution of DTV channel 32 for post-transition DTV channel 47 
at Cadillac.
