SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This survey was executed at the request of the Bureau of Indian Affairs and is necessary for the management of these lands. The lands surveyed are: The plat and field notes representing the dependent resurvey of portions of the First Guide Meridian East, through T. 24 N., between Rs. 8 and 9 E., the east boundary, subdivisional lines and subdivision of certain sections, and the corrective dependent resurvey of a portion of the subdivisional lines and subdivision of section 22, and the survey of the subdivision of certain sections, Township 24 North, Range 9 East, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Nebraska, was accepted April 13, 2009. We will place a copy of the plat we described in the open files. It will be available to the public as a matter of information. If BLM receives a protest concerning this survey, as shown on the plat, prior to the date of the official filing, we will stay the filing pending our consideration of the protest. AGENCY: Minerals Management Service, Interior.

ACTION: List of restricted joint bidders.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the authority vested in the Director of the 
Minerals Management Service by the joint bidding provisions of 30 CFR 
256.41, each entity within one of the following groups shall be 
restricted from bidding with any entity in any other of the following 
groups at Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas lease sales to be held 
during the bidding period May 1, 2009 through October 31, 2009. The 
List of Restricted Joint Bidders published in the Federal Register 
October 9, 2008, covered the period November 1, 2008 through April 30,
