Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade
Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated on March 16,
2009 in response to a petition filed on
behalf of workers of Tyco Electronics,
Greensboro, North Carolina.
The petitioners have requested that
the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.

support a six-person crew aboard the
International Space Station, including
transportation, crew rotation, training,
and micro meteoroid and orbital debris
shielding. Attendees will be requested

NASA security requirements, including
the presentation of a valid picture ID,
before receiving an access badge.
Foreign nationals attending this meeting
will be required to provide a copy of
their passport, visa, or green card in
addition to providing the following
information no less than 7 working days
prior to the meeting: Full name; gender;
date/place of birth; citizenship; visa/
green card information (number, type,
expiration date); passport information
(number, country, expiration date);
employer/affiliation information (name
of institution, address, country, phone);
title/position of attendee. To expedite
admittance, attendees with U.S.
citizenship can provide identifying
information 2 working days in advance
by contacting Dr. Miller via e-mail at
j.d.miller@nasa.gov or by telephone at
(202) 358–1527. It is imperative that the
meeting be held on this date to
accommodate the scheduling priorities
of the key participants.

proposed meetings are for the purpose
of panel review, discussion, evaluation
and recommendation on applications
for financial assistance under the
National Foundation on the Arts and the
Humanities Act of 1965, as amended,
including discussion of information
given in confidence to the agency by the
grant applicants. Because the proposed
meetings will consider information that
is likely to disclose trade secrets and
commercial or financial information
obtained from a person and privileged
or confidential and/or information of a
personal nature the disclosure of which
would constitute a clearly unwarranted
invasion of personal privacy, pursuant
to authority granted me by the
Chairman’s Delegation of Authority to
Close Advisory Committee meetings,
dated July 19, 1993, I have determined
that these meetings will be closed to the
public pursuant to subsections (c)(4),
and (6) of section 552b of Title 5, United
States Code.
