The Commission is republishing this notice in it’s entirety because the previous 30 day notice dated February 17, 2009 (74 FR 7433) contained several errors that have since been corrected. Since the last submission to the OMB in 2005, the Commission is reporting a –1,600 hour program change decrease due to elimination of the Compliance Letter which was a one-time reporting requirement that required VoIP providers to file a letter detailing their compliance plan with the Commission by November 28, 2005.
