The petition states that the named members of the Jackson family are members of the Confederated Tribe of Warm Springs and own an undivided one-third beneficial interest in allotments 527, 528, and 532 within the Warm Springs Reservation. The petition notes that the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs owns the remaining undivided twothirds beneficial interest in the allotments, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs is the trustee for the allotments.
