Institutions approved for acceptance in the program are included on a list of minority and women owned financial institutions. Federal agencies, State and local governments, and private sector organizations are encouraged to use minority bank participants as depositaries and financial agents. SUMMARY: The United States Mint is announcing prices for the 2009 First 
Spouse Bronze Medal and the 2009 First Spouse Bronze Medal Set.
    2009 First Spouse Bronze Medals will be priced at $3.50 each. This
