Issuance of the RFGP does not
constitute an award commitment on the
part of the Government. The Bureau
reserves the right to reduce, revise, or
increase proposal budgets in accordance
with the needs of the program and the
availability of funds. Awards made will
be subject to periodic reporting and
evaluation requirements per section VI.3
above.

SUMMARY: The FAA invites public
comments about our intention to request
the Office of Management and Budget’s
(OMB) revision of a current information
collection. The Federal Register Notice
with a 60-day comment period soliciting
comments on the following collection of
information was published on October
31, 2008, vol. 73, no. 212, pages 65005.
The information is collected from
holders of FAA production approvals
and selected suppliers to obtain their
input on how well the agency is
performing the administration and
conduct of the Aircraft Certification
Systems Evaluation Program (ACSEP).
