Meeting of the Plant Operations and
Fire Protection Subcommittee; Notice of
Meeting
The ACRS Subcommittee on Plant
Operations & Fire Protection will hold
a meeting on March 31, 2009, at 11545
Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland,
Room T2–B3.
The entire meeting will be open to
public attendance.
The agenda for the subject meeting
shall be as follows: March 31, 2009–8:30
a.m.–4:30 p.m.
The Subcommittee will discuss the
Safety Evaluation Report related to the
operation of Watts Bar Nuclear Plant,
Unit 2. The Subcommittee will hear
presentations by and hold discussions
with representatives of the NRC staff,
Tennessee Valley Authority, and other
interested persons regarding this matter.
The Subcommittee will gather
information, analyze relevant issues and
facts, and formulate proposed positions
and actions, as appropriate, for
deliberation by the full Committee.
Members of the public desiring to
provide oral statements and/or written
comments should notify the Designated
Federal Official, Ms. Maitri Banerjee
(telephone 301–415–6973) five days
prior to the meeting, if possible, so that
appropriate arrangements can be made.

Notice of public meeting.
SUMMARY: In accordance with 103(c)(6)
of the Presidio Trust Act, 16 U.S.C.
460bb appendix, and in accordance
with the Presidio Trust’s bylaws, notice
is hereby given that a public meeting of
the Presidio Trust Board of Directors
will be held commencing 6:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, April 7, 2009, at the Herbst
International Exhibition Hall, 385
Moraga Avenue, San Francisco,
California. The Presidio Trust was
created by Congress in 1996 to manage
approximately eighty percent of the
former U.S. Army base known as the
Presidio, in San Francisco, California.
The purposes of this meeting are to
provide an Executive Director’s report,
to receive public comment on the
revised Draft Presidio Trust
Management Plan Main Post Update
and Draft Supplement to the
Supplemental Environmental Impact
Statement, and to receive public
comment on other matters in
accordance with the Presidio Trust’s
Public Outreach Policy.
Individuals requiring special

the provisions of the Government in the
Sunshine Act, Public Law 94–409, that
the Securities and Exchange
Commission will hold a Closed Meeting
on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 2 p.m.
Commissioners, Counsel to the
Commissioners, the Secretary to the
Commission, and recording secretaries
will attend the Closed Meeting. Certain
staff members who have an interest in
the matters also may be present.
The General Counsel of the
Commission, or his designee, has
certified that, in his opinion, one or
more of the exemptions set forth in 5
U.S.C. 552b(c)(5), (7), 9(B) and (10) and
17 CFR 200.402(a)(5), (7), 9(ii) and (10),
permit consideration of the scheduled
matters at the Closed Meeting.

officer, voted to consider the items
listed for the Closed Meeting in closed
session.
The subject matter of the Closed
Meeting scheduled for Thursday, March
12, 2009 will be:
Institution and settlement of injunctive
actions;
institution and settlement of
administrative proceedings of an
enforcement nature;
an adjudicatory matter; and
other matters relating to enforcement
proceedings.
At times, changes in Commission
priorities require alterations in the
