Amendment No. 186 was effective on the date of issuance and approved implementation by December 31, 2008, to permit replacement of ESW piping. The licensee completed the replacement of ESW Train A piping, but deferred the replacement of ESW Train B piping to early 2009. Amendment No. 191 authorized implementation of the ESW Train B piping prior to April 30, 2009. Date of issuance: February 24, 2009. Effective date: As of its date of issuance, and shall be implemented prior to April 30, 2009. Amendment No.: 191.
