Take notice that on January 5, 2009,
Alliant Energy Industrial Services, Inc.,
pursuant to sections 35.13 and 131.53 of
Commission Regulations, 18 CFR 35.15
and 131.53, filed a Notice of
Cancellation of their Rate Schedule
FERC No. 1, a market-based rate
wholesale power sales tariff.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and

Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
