charge a lost-an-unaccounted-for
(LAUF) reimbursement percentage of
0.22 percent.
Any person desiring to participate in
this rate proceeding must file a motion
to intervene or to protest this filing must

Political committees participating in
the New York Special General Election
on March 31, 2009 shall file a 12-day
Pre-General Report, and a 30-day PostGeneral Report.
