Atmos states that the purpose of the filing is to present information consistent with the Commission’s authority under 15 U.S.C. 717i(a) in order to allow the Commission to monitor Atmos’ jurisdictional rates under Section 5 of the Natural Gas Act. Atmos further states that it seeks no change in its existing rates and charges or the previously approved terms and conditions upon which it provides service.
