Take notice that on October 15, 2008,
the North American Electric Reliability
Corporation (NERC) filed a request for
the Commission to accept the violation
risk factors for the FAC–010–1, FAC–
011–1 and FAC–014–1 version 1
Reliability Standards as the applicable
violation risk factors for version 2 of the
FAC Reliability Standards, filed on June
30, 2008. NERC is also requesting
acceptance of a Western Electricity
Coordinating Council regional
difference for Requirements R2.4 and
R2.5 and Requirement R3.3 of FAC–
011–2.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
