U.S.C. 139(l) (1). The actions relate to a
proposed highway project, Interstate
Routes 10 (PM 31.1/31.3)/605 (PM20.2/
20.6) Direct Connector project in the
County of Los Angeles, State of
California. Those actions grant licenses,
permits, and approvals for the project.
