The recipient of each agreement is competitively selected to operate one of the following business centers: (1) Minority Business Enterprise Center (MBEC); (2) Native American Business Enterprise Center (NABEC); or (3) Minority Business Opportunity Center (MBOC) in the geographical service area designated by MBDA under the cooperative agreement. scheduling a public meeting of its Habitat/MPA/Ecosystem Committee, in 
March, 2009, to consider actions affecting New England fisheries in the 
exclusive economic zone (EEZ). Recommendations from this group will be 
brought to the full Council for formal consideration and action, if 
appropriate.

DATES: This meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2009, at 9:30 
a.m.
