II. Public Comments
To encourage the submission of
public comments on the community
support performance of Bank members,
on or before February 27, 2009, each
Bank will notify its Advisory Council
and nonprofit housing developers,
community groups, and other interested
parties in its district of the members
selected for community support review
in the 2008–09 fourth quarter review
cycle. 12 CFR 944.2(b)(2)(ii). In
reviewing a member for community
support compliance, FHFA will
consider any public comments it has
received concerning the member. 12
CFR 944.2(d). To ensure consideration
by FHFA, comments concerning the
community support performance of
members selected for the 2008–09
fourth quarter review cycle must be
delivered to FHFA on or before the
March 27, 2009 deadline for submission
of Community Support Statements.

SUMMARY: The information collection
requirements described below will be
submitted to the Office of Management
and Budget (‘‘OMB’’) for review, as
required by the Paperwork Reduction
Act (‘‘PRA’’) (44 U.S.C. 3501-3520). The
FTC is seeking public comments on its
proposal to extend through February 28,
2012, the current PRA clearances for
information collection requirements
