This temporary interim rule places
navigational and operational restrictions
on all vessels transiting the navigable
waters located adjacent to and over the
Army Corps of Engineers’ electrical
dispersal fish barrier system.
DATES: This temporary interim rule is
effective from 11:59 p.m. on January 17,
2009, until September 30, 2009.
Comments and related material must
reach the Docket Management Facility
on or before April 10, 2009.
