SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Under
section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.), this
notice announces a meeting of the
(TAMWG).
Primary objectives of the meeting will
include discussion of the following
topics:
• Welcome and introductions,
• History and status of TRRP,
• Roles and responsibilities of
TAMWG,
• FACA procedures,
• Discussion of bylaws,
• TRRP flow scheduling, and
• Election of officers.
Completion of the agenda is
dependent on the amount of time each
item takes. The meeting could end early
if the agenda has been completed.

Prices for these products were last
revised 7 years ago and will be adjusted
to accurately reflect and ensure recovery
of the costs associated with their
reproduction and distribution. These
changes are consistent with guidance
contained in the Office of Management
and Budget (OMB) Circular A–130,
concerning management of Federal
information resources (Revised Nov.
2000), Circular A–25, establishing
Federal policy regarding fees assessed
for Government services, which permits
government agencies to recover
reproduction and distribution costs
from the sale of their products.
DATES: The price increase will be
effective March 2, 2009. All map orders
received by or postmarked before March
2, 2009 will be subject to the current
price. On February 2, 2009, the U.S.
Geological Survey Business Partners
will receive a 30-day advance
notification of the impending price

Land Management (BLM) received a
petition for reinstatement from Equity
Oil Company for competitive oil and gas
lease WYW156556 for land in Big Horn
County, Wyoming. The petition was
filed on time and was accompanied by
all the rentals due since the date the
lease terminated under the law.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The lessee
has agreed to the amended lease terms
for rentals and royalties at rates of
$10.00 per acre, or fraction thereof, per
year, and 162⁄3 percent, respectively.
The lessee has paid the required $500
administrative fee and $163 to
reimburse the Department for the cost of
this Federal Register notice. The lessee
has met all the requirements for
reinstatement of the lease as set out in
Sections 31(d) and (e) of the Mineral
Lands Leasing Act of 1920 (30 U.S.C.
188), and the Bureau of Land
Management is proposing to reinstate
lease WYW156556 effective October 1,
2008, under the original terms and
conditions of the lease and the
increased rental and royalty rates cited
above. BLM has not issued a valid lease
affecting the lands.
