On January 9, 2009, EOI submitted a letter to NRC requesting that the staff suspend its review of the RBS Unit 3 COL application. Act (Pub. L. 92-463, as amended), notice is hereby given that the 
following meeting of Humanities Panels will be held at the Old Post
