Cooperative filed a request for
continued waiver from the requirements
of the Commission’s Standards of
Conduct requirements contained in Part
358 of the Commission’s Regulations, 18
CFR Part 358 (2008).
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
