are being imposed on these persons:

Export Import Bank shall not give
approval to guarantee, insure, or extend
credit, or participate in the extension of
credit in support of United States
exports.
These measures become effective
immediately and shall be implemented
by the responsible departments and
agencies of the United States

Import Bank Act of 1945 (as amended).

(C) The Secretary of the Treasury shall
prohibit the importation into the United
States of any goods, technology, or
services produced or provided by these
entities, other than information or
informational materials within the
meaning of section 203(b)(3) of the
International Emergency Economic
Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(3)).

immediately and shall be implemented
by the responsible departments and
agencies as provided in Executive Order
12938.

Destruction Proliferators and Their
Supporters’’, the United States
Government determined on January 9,

contributed to, or pose a risk of
materially contributing to, the
proliferation of weapons of mass
destruction or their means of delivery.
