of the Kansas Advisory Committee
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to
the provisions of the rules and
regulations of the U.S. Commission on
Civil Rights (Commission), and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA), that a meeting of the Arkansas
Advisory Committee to the Commission
will convene on Wednesday, February
11, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. and adjourn at
approximately 3:30 p.m. at the
University of Arkansas at Little Rock,
William H. Bowen School of Law. The
purpose of the meeting is to conduct
long range planning for future activities
in 2009–10.
Members of the public are entitled to
submit written comments. The
comments must be received in the
regional office by February 4, 2009. The
