ACTION: Extension of comment period. sroberts on PROD1PC70 with NOTICES SUMMARY: On December 10, 2008, the Department of Commerce (‘‘the Department’’) published a notice in the Federal Register requesting comments regarding the Department’s withdrawal of the regulatory provisions governing targeted dumping in antidumping duty investigations. The Department is extending the comment period to January 23, 2009. DATES: To be assured of consideration, written comments must be received no later than January 23, 2009. The Department will return such comments and materials to the persons submitting the comments and will not consider them. SUMMARY: This notice sets forth the schedule and proposed agenda of a 
forthcoming meeting of the Sea Grant Advisory Board (Board). Board 
members will discuss and provide advice on the National Sea Grant

matters as described in the Agenda below.
