All licensed importers are required to identify by marking all explosive materials they import for sale or distribution. The process provides valuable information in explosion and bombing investigations. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: There will be an estimated 15 respondents, who will spend 1 hour placing marks of identification on imported explosives. (6) An estimate of the total burden (in hours) associated with the collection: There are an estimated 45 total burden hours associated with this collection. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: It is estimated that 51 persons complete the Prescription Monitoring Program Questionnaire electronically, at 5 hours per form, for an annual burden of 255 hours.
