The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Silistix, Manchester, UNITED KINGDOM has been added as a party to this venture. Also, BlueSpec Inc., Waltham, MA has withdrawn as a party to this venture. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open, and OSCI intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership. On October 9, 2001, OSCI filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on January 3, 2002 (67 FR 350). The last notification was filed with the Department on March 25, 2008. A notice was published in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Act on May 9, 2008 (73 FR 26415). Patricia A. Therefore, in accordance with Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations 1301.34(a), this is notice that on October 14, 2008, Johnson Matthey Inc., Pharmaceutical Materials, 2003 Nolte Drive, West Deptford, New Jersey 08066–1742, has made application by letter to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to be registered as an importer of the basic classes of controlled substances listed in schedule II: Drug Thebaine (9333) ...........................
