of Glenns Ferry Cogeneration Partners,
Ltd. filed a petition for recertification as
a qualifying cogeneration facility,
pursuant to section 292.205(a) of the
Commission’s Regulations, and a
limited waiver of the Commission’s
qualifying facility operating and
efficiency standard requirements,
pursuant to section 292.205(c), for year
2008.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

the Critical Infrastructure Protection
