On December 5, 2008, CenterPoint Energy Gas Transmission Company (CEGT), pursuant to section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act, as amended, and part 157 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (Commission) regulations, filed to amend its certificate. CEGT’s application seeks authorization to install additional compressors at the Westdale and Vernon compressor stations located in Red River and Jackson Parishes, LA, respectively. The requested amendment (Phase IV) would increase Line CP capacity to 1.87 Bcf/d. Questions concerning this application should be directed to Lawrence O.
