The proposed project called for the construction of a four-lane divided partial access-controlled facility from State Route 13 to State Route 76 in Clarksville, Tennessee. A Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was approved on March 27, 2000. Due to the age of the DEIS and the desire to assess any potential changes in the impacts to the human and natural environment, a new EIS will be prepared.
