Take notice that on December 11,
2008, Northwest Natural Gas Company
(NW Natural) filed pursuant to section
9 of the Natural Gas Act and sections
284.224 and 284.123(b)(2) of the
Commission’s regulations, a petition
requesting that the Commission approve
NW Natural’s revised depreciation rates
for firm and interruptible storage and
related transportation services. NW
Natural does not propose to make any
changes to its existing maximum rates
approved by letter order, dated August
22, 2008, in Docket No. PR08–19–000.
Any person desiring to participate in
this rate proceeding must file a motion
to intervene or to protest this filing must
file in accordance with Rules 211 and
214 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211
