for public inspection and to provide a
copy of the plan to any person who

national bank to prepare a financial
report of the fund;

report to investors and other interested

Abstract: VA Form 0745 is completed
by appellants at the conclusion their
hearing with the Board of Veterans’
Appeals. The data collected will be used
to assess the effectiveness of current
hearing procedures used in conducting
hearings and to develop better methods
of serving veterans and their families.
An agency may not conduct or
sponsor, and a person is not required to
respond to a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The Federal Register

soliciting comments on this collection
