an amendment to the Agreement and
Stipulation jointly filed with the
Commission Trial Staff on February 26,
2004 in compliance with the
Commission’s November 14, 2008,
Order Denying Rehearing. Modesto
Irrigation District et al., 125 FERC
¶ 61,173 (2008).
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
